Altrad is seeking an experienced Construction Manager based in Perth's northern metropolitan area to lead on-site delivery of a major SMP infrastructure project in Western Australia. You will oversee safe, efficient construction across multiple fronts and align planning, engineering, and field execution.

• Extensive hands-on construction management experience on SMP projects.
• Proven ability to lead on-site construction teams and coordinate multiple scopes.
• Strong focus on safety, productivity, and program delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site construction activities across SMP scopes with safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate supervisors, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure aligned delivery.
• Interface with client representatives and project engineering/planning teams.
• Drive planning, scheduling, and short-interval lookaheads to meet delivery targets.
• Manage subcontractor performance, mobilisations, productivity, and compliance.
• Navigate SIMOPS and complex construction environments for safe execution.
• Contribute to commercial outcomes through resource management and cost control.
