Enerven is expanding into Queensland. We are mobilising a significant new renewable energy project in regional Queensland, our first major project in the state, and we are building the team that will deliver it.
Enerven’s scope includes the design and delivery of both civil and electrical Balance of Plant (BoP) infrastructure, bringing together our capability across major electrical infrastructure, substations and renewable energy project delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take a key leadership role in the safe and successful delivery of the project.
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and broader project team, you will lead construction activities on site, coordinating civil and electrical work fronts, supervisors, subcontractors and resources to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with program, quality and commercial requirements.
This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term opportunity, based on site in regional Queensland.
The role will operate on an anticipated 10 days on / 4 days off roster and will be DIDO, with accommodation and transport arrangements provided in line with project requirements.

You’re an experienced construction leader who is comfortable taking ownership of complex, multidisciplinary project delivery in a site environment.
You bring strong construction fundamentals, can effectively lead multiple work fronts and understand what it takes to coordinate people, subcontractors, plant and interfaces across a major infrastructure project.
