You will lead the programme, quality, safety and productivity while maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.

With a strong pipeline of projects across commercial construction, fit-outs and private education, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team. The Role

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of commercial new build and fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams, maintaining a strong focus on programme, quality, safety and productivity. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of commercial projects valued between $5M–$15M
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel
• Driving programme, quality, safety and productivity across the site
• Working closely with Project Managers and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitoring project milestones and resolving on-site issues
• Maintaining high standards of site presentation and construction quality
• Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, building regulations and company standards
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project teams
