Job summary

Harmony Australasia is seeking a People & Culture Superintendent to lead the HR function for the Eva Copper Project during construction. You will partner with project leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to mobilise, engage, develop and manage the workforce to deliver on time and within budget, with a focus on safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years' HR experience in a complex operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, mining, resources, or project environments.
• Strong employee and industrial relations experience.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the project workforce strategy to support all construction phases.
• Forecast workforce requirements to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Oversee mobilisation and onboarding processes for employees and contractors.
• Ensure workforce plans align with project budget and resource forecasts.
• Provide expert advice on employment legislation, policies, procedures, and industrial instruments.
• Support leaders in effectively managing employee relations matters.
• Embed Harmony values and behavioural expectations across the project workforce.
• Establish governance for contractor workforce practices and monitor compliance.
• Lead performance management processes and analytics to inform workforce decisions.
• Maintain governance processes and HR documentation standards.
