Job summary

Harmony Australasia seeks a People & Culture Superintendent to lead the HR function for the Eva Copper Project during the critical construction phase. You will partner with project leadership, contractors and corporate stakeholders to mobilise, engage and manage the workforce safely, on time and within budget.

The role provides strategic and operational HR leadership across workforce planning, recruitment, employee and industrial relations, contractor governance, culture, performance

Qualifications

• 8–10 years HR experience in a complex operational environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, mining, or project environments.
• Strong employee and industrial relations experience; understanding of Australian legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning and mobilisation for all construction phases.
• Provide expert advice on employment legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.
• Partner with project leaders to build leadership capability and drive engagement.
• Govern contractor workforce governance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee performance management, analytics, and organisational effectiveness.
