Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will coordinate daily activities, manage trades, read plans, and drive the finishing program through to practical completion and handover.

Decode Group is looking for a skilled and driven Finishes Site Foreman to join our growing team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of the finishing stages of our residential and mixed-use construction projects across Sydney.

The Finishes Site Foreman is a site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will coordinate the site program, manage trades and subcontractors, oversee site activities, and ensure all finishing works are delivered in accordance with project drawings, specifications and construction programs.

You will also play a key role in managing defects, maintaining quality assurance, coordinating resources and ensuring the finishing stages progress efficiently through to practical completion and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors on site.
• Drive project progress, program and productivity alongside the Site Manager.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance.
• Manage inspections, ITPs, defects and handover requirements.
• Coordinate daily site activities, resources and trade sequencing.
• Lead and mentor site teams while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman, Site Foreman or Leading Hand.
• Strong knowledge of residential or mixed-use construction and finishing works.
• Excellent trade coordination, leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to read plans, manage programs and deliver projects to deadlines.
