Hi Style Aluminium Windows & Doors, a Sydney-based provider of double-glazed windows and doors, is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support cost planning for residential and commercial projects. The role involves working closely with builders, suppliers, and subcontractors from Silverwater, NSW, to prepare budgets and cost assessments up to pre-contract stages.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of relevant experience and holds an AQF Diploma or higher.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support to construction professionals throughout project development.
• Analyse design documentation, regulations, and compliance frameworks to inform project execution.
• Create concept illustrations, technical drafts, and detailed documentation to guide construction processes.
• Compile and update visual representations such as diagrams, site plans, and schematics.
• Manage timelines by tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Verify construction quality and material integrity against specifications and standards.
• Prepare forecasts for project costs and durations.

Experienced Construction Estimator NEEDED About Us

Xing Fa Aluminium Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Hi Style Aluminium Windows & Doors, is a Sydney-based provider of double-glazed windows and doors, with the capacity to supply customers across Australia. Based in Silverwater, Sydney, the business provides a range of aluminium-framed double-glazed window and door products for residential and commercial projects, including houses, apartments and commercial buildings. Hi Style operates with its own manufacturing base in China and works with developers, contractors, architects, designers and homeowners to provide window and door products tailored to project requirements.

The business has a strong focus on product quality, technical consultation, customer service and after-sales support. We are now looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to provide estimating and cost planning support for our projects, working closely with builders, suppliers, subcontractors and other relevant project stakeholders. This is a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable professional.

Location: Silverwater, NSW Duties and Key Responsibilities: Providing logistical and administrative support to professionals such as construction managers, architects, and surveyors throughout project development

Analysing design documentation, legal guidelines, and compliance frameworks to inform project execution Creating concept illustrations, technical drafts, and detailed documentation to guide construction processes Compiling and updating visual representations, including diagrams, site plans, and technical schematics

Managing timelines by organising and tracking construction milestones and deliverables Verifying construction quality and material integrity against project specifications and regulatory standards Assessing resource requirements and preparing forecasts for project costs and duration

Recording spatial data through the use of surveying tools and imaging technologies Performing standard technical calculations and preparing plotted data for engineering analysis Developing and presenting budget projections and cost assessments for building projects up to pre-contract negotiation stages

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred Holds at least a relevant AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

Past experience and high technical knowledge in this industry preferred Skills required: Strong Mathematical, analytical and communication skills;
