Conplant Pty Ltd is Australia’s leading compaction hire specialist and a distributor for Wacker Neuson Rollers & Develon (Doosan) Mini Excavators. We’re seeking a Sales Representative to join a high-performing, high-energy team and drive business across Australia from a remote capacity.

You will follow up leads, identify new prospects, manage the sales cycle, and provide after-care to clients, building long-term relationships while hitting ambitious targets.

Qualifikationen

• Enthusiastic, passionate approach to business development; self-motivated with ability to set and exceed targets.
• Business acumen and the confidence to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• MS Office proficiency for sales reports and presentations.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
