Job summary

Salexo Consulting is seeking a reliable Construction Equipment Installer to join our growing equipment hire and environmental solutions business, working across construction and industrial sites throughout Sydney. This is a full-time permanent role with real hands-on responsibilities delivering, installing, commissioning and dismantling temporary site equipment.

Qualifications

Construction Equipment Installer (Full Time Permanent)

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Installer to join a growing equipment hire and environmental solutions business, working primarily across construction and industrial sites throughout Sydney.

We are also open to discussing this opportunity with someone who might be a little bit more junior but have the right attitude and wants to be taught and learn the position from the ground up. Attitude is everything in this role.

You will be responsible for delivering, installing, commissioning and dismantling a range of temporary site equipment.

The work is varied, and no two projects will be exactly the same. You will work closely with site supervisors, project managers and internal technical teams to ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

You will receive full product and systems training, along with the tools and support needed to become confident across the company’s equipment range.

About You

You will come from a construction, installation, mechanical, equipment hire or similar hands-on background. Direct experience installing construction, civil or commercial HVAC/ducting equipment is essential. We can also look at someone who has the right attitude and is wanting to learn and be trained up.

You must be comfortable using hand and power tools, working on active construction sites and completing physically demanding tasks. You will also need to be dependable, safety-conscious and capable of representing the business professionally when dealing with customers.

A current driver’s licence and White Card will be required. Additional tickets such as Working at Heights, EWP, Dogging and Rigging are highly regarded.
