Vitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Leading HVAC Installer to manage and deliver large-scale commercial HVAC installations in the Sydney area. You will lead installation works, coordinate crews, review drawings and collaborate with the project team to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, possess a NSW driver's license and White Card, and have hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day HVAC installation works on commercial construction sites.
• Coordinate technicians, apprentices and subcontractors and allocate daily tasks to keep works on program.
• Install VRF/VRV systems, commercial ductwork, ventilation, refrigeration pipework and plantroom equipment.
• Review mechanical drawings, layouts and equipment schedules.
• Liaise with builders, supervisors and other trades on sequencing and site clashes.
• Work with Project Manager and engineering team on progress, labour and variations.
• Complete QA documentation, testing, commissioning and defect rectification.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians on site.

We're on the lookout for an experienced Leading HVAC Installer to join a well-established commercial mechanical services company right here in Sydney. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll lead installation works on Tier 2 commercial projects and larger mechanical installations across the Sydney metro area.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading day-to-day HVAC installation works on commercial construction sites

Coordinating technicians, apprentices and subcontractors, and allocating daily tasks to keep works on program

Installing VRF/VRV systems, commercial ductwork, ventilation, refrigeration pipework and plantroom equipment

Reviewing mechanical drawings, layouts and equipment schedules

Liaising with builders, supervisors and other trades on sequencing and site clashes

Working closely with the Project Manager and engineering team on progress, labor and variations

Completing QA documentation, testing, commissioning and defect rectification

Mentoring apprentices and junior technicians on site
