Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking a Project Improvement and Efficiency Manager to join the Snowy 2.0 team in Cooma. You will partner with the owner’s team and main contractors to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and eliminate schedule risks to meet the Commercial Operation Date safely.

You will dive into construction data, work with site teams, and influence stakeholders to implement and track efficiency initiatives across multiple fronts.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in heavy industry or construction (civil engineering with MEP installation preferred).
• Experience in power generation or large-scale infrastructure, especially hydropower.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to communicate with site teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient with project management software to extract insights from construction data.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for productivity by analyzing construction data and schedules.
• Collaborate with site teams, subject matter experts, and project managers.
• Influence stakeholders and drive implementation of new initiatives.
• Adapt initiatives as project circumstances change.
