Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking a Project Improvement and Efficiency Manager for the Snowy 2.0 team in Cooma, NSW. You will partner with the Deputy Project Director, site teams and main contractors to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes and mitigate schedule risks to hit COD safely.

You bring heavy industry experience (civil engineering with MEP installation) and a proven ability to drive change, lead initiatives and extract actionable insights from construction data to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy industry or construction (civil engineering with MEP installation).
• Experience in power generation or large-scale infrastructure, especially hydropower.
• Proven ability to manage procurement, construction, and commissioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity from data, reports and schedules.
• Collaborate with site teams and project managers to align on goals.
• Lead and track change initiatives with stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to adapt initiatives to changing circumstances.
