Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking a Project Improvement and Efficiency Manager to join the Snowy 2.0 team in Cooma, NSW. You will work with the Deputy Project Director, partner with the owner’s team and main contractors to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes, aiming to hit the Commercial Operation Date safely.

You will dive into construction data to quantify productivity wins, build genuine relationships with site teams, and champion change across multiple fronts.

Qualifications

• Solid analytical capability to identify productivity opportunities across heavy industry projects.
• Ability to build relationships with site teams, subject matter experts and project managers.
• Experience navigating commercial dynamics between clients, EPC contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify opportunities for better productivity by analyzing schedules, shift reports and construction data.
• Collaborate with site teams and stakeholders to align on changes and implement initiatives.
• Influence and drive the adoption of new processes, tracking on-ground impact and success.
