ACCIONA in Victoria is seeking a Construction Director to coordinate engineering works across metro and regional projects. You will oversee design management through procurement, guide engineers and production teams, and provide technical, financial and commercial guidance to ensure schedules, costs, quality and safety outcomes across multiple projects.

About Opportunity

As Construction Director, you`ll coordinate and control engineering works across ACCIONA's metro and regional projects in Victoria, reporting to the Regional Manager, Victoria. You`ll oversee engineering design management through procurement phases, act as the main point of contact for design development and delivery, and guide engineers and production teams. The role covers technical, financial and commercial guidance to construction teams, with accountability for schedule, cost, quality and safety outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related
• Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent accreditation
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. Engineers Australia)
• White Card and construction safety certification
• Experience delivering large-scale ($100M+) construction projects
