ACCIONA in Australia is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering designs across major infrastructure and energy projects. Coordinate design inputs, reviews and interfaces, assist planning, tracking and documentation, and work closely with engineers, consultants and contractors to ensure design requirements are understood and delivered.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in engineering design or design coordination.
• Experience in multidisciplinary design teams on infrastructure, construction, energy, or transport projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of design reviews, interfaces, deliverables and design documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, deliverables, reviews, and project interfaces across major infrastructure projects.
• Support design planning, programme management, action tracking, and design documentation processes.
• Work closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure design requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Assist in identifying, managing, and resolving design issues, risks, and technical interfaces.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in engineering design, design coordination, or a related project environment.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams on infrastructure, construction, energy, or transport projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of design reviews, technical interfaces, deliverable management, and design documentation processes.
