Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Cost Manager to support the development and management of the project financial strategy. You will work with the project management team to manage budgets, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings and forecasts.

You will generate and maintain reports, identify variances and risks, and ensure quality control processes to improve cost procedures in line with management's strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent in business/engineering/construction management
• 5-10 years of project cost experience
• Minimum 4 years in construction industry
• Experience with PMWeb/DataServ/Excel/JD Edwards or similar tools
• PMP certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings and forecasts.
• Generate and maintain reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify variances, risks and quality control processes for cost procedures.
• Collaborate with management, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
• Oversee cost engineering, estimation, analysis and control activities.
