Job summary

Beaumonts is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across NSW and ACT, focusing on the residential building sector while engaging broader commercial opportunities.

You’ll identify, qualify and convert new business, build strong relationships with builders, developers and contractors, and manage tenders, proposals and commercial submissions to win growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or project/sales in construction, building products or interiors.
• Strong network within commercial and residential construction industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across NSW and ACT.
• Build a strong pipeline across residential and commercial project channels.
• Develop target lists and pursue growth opportunities proactively.
• Conduct engaging presentations on products, capabilities and solutions.
• Initiate and support tenders, proposals and commercial submissions.
• Secure preferred supplier agreements and project opportunities.
• Grow existing key accounts by increasing share of wallet where relevant.
• Maintain pipeline activity, CRM updates, quotations and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and project execution.
• Use market knowledge to identify new growth opportunities across customers, products and segments.
