Job summary

Elevation Built is a family business delivering ceilings, partitions, carpentry, cladding and acoustic systems for South Australia’s leading head contractors. We are looking for a part-time Business Development & Marketing Lead to build relationships with builders, identify tender opportunities and help drive toward $1 million in new work won monthly.

You will own the front end, growing a pipeline, and work with the Director to win work while maintaining margin and delivering reliable, practical

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and marketing within commercial construction.
• Ability to convert conversations into secured work.
• Existing Adelaide builder network is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Adelaide’s leading builders and turn opportunities into secured work.
• Bring in suitable tender opportunities and work with the Director to close them.
• Follow up on tenders within two working days and coordinate with estimating.
• Share real examples of quality workmanship and problem-solving to grow the brand.
