Job summary

Elevation Built is seeking an experienced Estimator & Business Development Manager for commercial construction in Adelaide. You will own opportunities from enquiry through estimating, negotiation and contract award, balancing hands-on estimating with builder relationship development.

You will work directly with the Director, supported by the estimating and delivery teams, with flexible working arrangements and incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications to create takeoffs.
• Experience estimating and pricing commercial construction projects.
• Experience following up tenders, negotiating and closing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications, prepare takeoffs and pricing.
• Develop relationships with commercial builders and secure tender invitations.
• Take responsibility for submitted quotes, negotiate scope and terms, and move opportunities to contract.
• Maintain tenders and handover to delivery team with clear documentation.
