• Understanding of project billing processes and how revenue transactions impact business performance.

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing and administrative support to Construction, Project Management and operational teams.
• Ensure construction billing is processed accurately, efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales to interpret contract requirements and generate invoices.
• Coordinate issuance and reconciliation of bank guarantees and security instruments.
• Review monthly billing activities to maximise revenue recognition and minimise slippage.
