We’re partnering with a well-established, purpose‑driven organisation to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for a detail‑oriented, self‑driven AR professional who enjoys taking ownership, working through end‑to‑end billing processes, and adding value from day one.

About the role

• End‑to‑end accounts receivable and billing processes
• Fortnightly billing for retirement living and aged care clients
• Client and resident account management and enquiry resolution
• Accurate data entry, receipting, and reconciliation
• Working within an ERP and corporate information management system

About you

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or revenue billing roles
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
• Systems savvy and able to pick up new processes quickly
• A calm, can‑do approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
