Job summary

Hembrow's Electrical Service in Underwood, QLD is seeking a dedicated Construction Administrator to join our commercial team. You will manage site visits, scope works and help keep projects on track while coordinating with key stakeholders.

The role also involves weekly programming, invoicing, drafting documents and handling progress claims. You should bring strong organizational, communication and IT skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a construction administration position.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to keep multiple builds on track at once.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in IT systems and software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
• Strong detail and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients
• Preparing weekly / monthly invoicing and raising purchase orders
• Daily programming and planning of workflow
• Preparing and sending estimations / variations to the clients
• Preparing and drafting documents
• Issuing progress claims, RFIs and more
