Job summary

Contec Recruitment partners with a well-established Queensland-owned property developer to recruit a Construction / Site Administrator for South Brisbane projects. This is a site-based, long-term role supporting the construction team and ensuring smooth site operations.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage contractor documentation in Hammertech, prepare purchase orders, process progress claims and invoices, and maintain site records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar site administration role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to project and team.
• Register contractor documentation through Hammertech system.
• Onboard subcontractors and manage plant onboarding, compliance and approvals.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders.
• Process progress claims and invoices.
• Maintain site/HSE documents and data.
• Assist with site inductions, training and safety communications.
• Ensure safety standards are followed on site by staff and subcontractors.
• Order PPE, stationery and materials.
• Liaise with contractors and manage invitation to tender/ proposals.
