Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the job schedule, sequencing trades to avoid delays.
• Liaise with customers and trades to confirm dates and progress.
• Track jobs from scope to completion and flag delays early.
• Review reports, photos, and trade docs for accuracy before sign-off.
• Support handover to estimators and office for client processing.
