Job summary

You will drive the end‑to‑end sales process, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across Sales, F&B, Rooms and Operations to maximise hotel revenue.

Minimum 5 years in Conference & Events within a hotel setting, with proven leadership and a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Conference & Events, ideally in a hotel environment.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Conference & Events team to hit revenue and client experience targets.
• Drive conversion of new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from enquiry to proposal, contracting and handover.
• Build relationships with clients, planners and partners to grow repeat business.
• Oversee planning and delivery of Conference & Events and Group business, ensuring accuracy.
