Event Cinemas George Street in Sydney is seeking a Conference & Events Manager to lead planning and execution of high-profile events and conferences. You will work with our Sales, Operations, F&B and Technical teams to deliver memorable experiences for clients and guests.

This role requires an organised, customer-obsessed professional who can manage multiple events with precision while building strong relationships, ensuring flawless delivery from concept to conclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in conferences, events, hospitality, or venue management.
• Strong customer-focused approach and relationship-building.
• Excellent organisational abilities with multi-event planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organisation and execution of events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Operations, F&B, Technical and HQ Sales teams for seamless delivery.
• Prepare event orders, run sheets, contracts and client communications.
• Conduct site inspections and guide clients through venue offerings.
• Oversee events on-site and be the main point of contact for delivery.
• Maintain client relationships before, during and after events; gather feedback.
• Manage event administration, invoicing, bookings and reporting.
