Job summary

MCP Oz Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Concreters to join our dynamic team for FIFO roles across Western Australia, including remote/mining settings. As a full-time employee, rosters will vary to meet client demands, with higher casual rates offered.

You will contribute to delivering high-quality construction services to diverse clients in commercial and mining sites. We are building a team of up to 6 members, with focus on safety, teamwork, and delivering projects across WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concreter in construction/mining.
• Strong understanding of concrete and earthworks practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pour concrete foundations, slabs, and other structures.
• Perform complex earthworks, including excavation, grading, and backfilling.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Provide excellent client service and address concerns promptly.

MCP Oz Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Concreters to join our dynamic team. As a full-time employee, higher casual raters offered. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction services to our diverse clientele. Completing projects throughout Western Australia, in commercial settings & remote / mining settings / mine sites.

Being a FIFO role this will be offered on a roster basis.

We are seeking up to 6 person/s to join our team comprising of the following

• - Concrete Workers / Carpenter, Projects Experienced Team Members

What you'll be doing

• - Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other structures
• - Performing complex earthworks, including excavation, grading, and backfilling
• - Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans
• - Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution
• - Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• - Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concreter in the construction and or mining industry.
• - Strong understanding of concrete and earthworks best practices, techniques, and equipment
• - Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• - Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
• - Commitment to safety and attention to detail
