Job summary

Bear Claw Concreting is seeking Experienced Concrete Finishers for a major 18–24 month FIFO project from Perth to Exmouth. The team will include concrete finishers, formworkers, carpenters and steel fixers with multi-skilled candidates preferred.

Salary ranges from AUD 50.82 to 53.00 per hour plus penalties, with 11‑hour days, a 3 weeks on/1 week off roster, and flights, accommodation and meals provided. Mobilising ASAP and strict safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concreting, formwork or steel fixing.
• Construction White Card
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role
• All successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check and pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening.

A major infrastructure project is kicking off in Exmouth, WA — and Bear Claw is building the crew that will deliver it.

Multi-skilled candidates are highly regarded, particularly those holding additional HRWL tickets such as EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Forklift, Boom Pump or Crane.
