On Line Recruitment is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for a major precast concrete project in the Shoalhaven area. This long‑term local role runs through to December 2026 with a competitive pay rate and consistent hours.

You will join an established team, finish and smooth tilt panels, screed and level wet concrete, and operate hand and power trowels in a safe, well‑organised production environment. Local work ensures you can be home every night.

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our client's team on a major precast concrete project in the Shoalhaven Area.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a large-scale project running through to December 2026, manufacturing up to 900 precast tilt panels. You'll be joining an experienced team working in a safe, well-organised environment where quality workmanship and teamwork are highly valued.

Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
