Job summary

On Line Recruitment is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for a major precast concrete project in the Shoalhaven area. This long‑term local role runs through to December 2026 with a competitive pay rate and consistent hours.

You will join an established team, finish and smooth tilt panels, screed and level wet concrete, and operate hand and power trowels in a safe, well‑organised production environment. Local work ensures you can be home every night.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete finishing or precast concrete.
• Experience using screeds and power trowels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong focus on workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Finish and smooth precast concrete tilt panels to a high standard.
