Job summary

Our client is seeking multiple skilled concreters to perform all prep and finish work between Caboolture and the Sunshine Coast. The role includes pouring and finishing concrete, formwork, reo and pour, with a focus on footpaths and driveways over the coming months.

Roles are full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime. You will bring basic hand tools; FRP knowledge or concrete finishing skills are valued, and chopper operation is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required.
• Strong knowledge around FRP or concrete finishing.
• Ability to use a chopper.
• Minimum 2 years experience in industrial, commercial, residential or civil works.

Responsibilities

• Pour & finish concrete to a high standard.
• Perform all aspects of form, reo and pour.
• Work mainly on footpaths and driveways for the next 3 months.
• Contribute to projects with council, Unity Water, rail and subdivisions, ensuring safety and quality.

Job description

Our client has secured multiple large contracts between Caboolture & the Sunshine Coast, with works secured for many years to come. We are seeking multiple skilled concreters, who can perform all prep & finish to join the family!

About the role:

• Pour & finish concrete to a high standard
• Perform all aspects of Form, Reo & Pour
• Bulk of the work for the next 3 months will be fooptaths & driveways
• Enjoy various scope of contracts - council, unity water, rail & subdivisons
• Monday to Friday with a potential of OT
• Work to a high standard bringing quality, efficiency and safety

What you'll need:

• Your own basic hand tools - eveyrything else will be provided
• Strong knowledge around FRP or at a minimum concrete finishing
• ABILITY TO USE A CHOPPER - HIGHLY REGARDED!!
• Min. 2 years experience
• A background in industrial, commercial, residential or general civil works

Package & Incentives:

• $50 - $55 per hour + penalties + travel (dependent on experience)
• Daily travel allowance paid
• Weekly pay
• Full time, straight onto the books
