Regional Group Australia are seeking an experienced Concrete Batcher / Driver to join our team at Bedford Weir, Blackwater, QLD on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include accurate batching to meet mix designs, allocating trucks for smooth operations, coordinating equipment repair and calibration, supervising staff, and upholding safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience batching concrete to meet mix designs.
• Experience driving agitator trucks.
• HR Driver's license and White Card required.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Full working rights within Australia.

Regional Group Australia are seeking an experienced Concrete Batcher / Driver to join our team in a permanent role for our plant located at Bedford Weir, Blackwater, QLD.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix design
• Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations for our customers
• Coordinate repair and calibration of equipment
• Supervision and management of staff
• Commitment to safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.
• Maintaining plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver a high utilisation rate.
• Driving Agitator Trucks
• HR driver's license
• White card
• Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
• Full working rights within Australia
