Job summary

Regional Group Australia in Blackwater, QLD, seeks an experienced Concrete Batcher / Driver to join our permanent team at Bedford Weir plant. You will batch concrete to design specs and coordinate truck allocations to meet customer needs.

The role requires safety leadership, staff supervision, and the ability to pass drug and alcohol screening. A HR driver's license and White Card are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience batching concrete to mix designs.
• Ability to allocate trucks for smooth operations.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and safe work practices.
• HR driver's license and White Card required.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.

Regional Group Australia are seeking an experienced Concrete Batcher / Driver to join our team in a permanent role for our plant located at Bedford Weir, Blackwater, QLD.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix design
• Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations for our customers
• Coordinate repair and calibration of equipment
• Supervision and management of staff
• Commitment to safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.
• Maintaining plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver a high utilisation rate.
• Driving Agitator Trucks
• HR driver's license
• White card
• Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
• Full working rights within Australia
