Regional Group Australia are seeking an experienced Concrete Batcher / Driver to join our team at Bedford Weir, Blackwater, QLD on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include accurate batching to meet mix designs, allocating trucks for smooth operations, coordinating equipment repair and calibration, supervising staff, and upholding safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience batching concrete to meet mix designs.
• Experience driving agitator trucks.
• HR Driver's license and White Card required.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Full working rights within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Accurate batching of orders to meet mix design.
• Allocating trucks for smooth operations for customers.
• Coordinate repair and calibration of equipment.
• Supervision and management of staff.
• Commitment to safety standards with demonstrated leadership.
• Maintaining plant and equipment for high utilisation.
