Qualifications
- Experience batching concrete to specified mix designs.
- Plant operations and equipment calibration experience.
- Experience supervising staff with safety leadership.
- Able to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
- Have HR driver's license and White Card and full working rights in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Batch concrete accurately to meet mix design specs.
- Allocate trucks to ensure smooth operations for customers.
- Coordinate repair and calibration of equipment.
- Supervise and manage staff on site.
- Demonstrate safety leadership and uphold safety standards.
- Maintain plant and equipment for high utilisation.
- Operate and drive agitator trucks.
