Job summary

Regional Group Australia seeks an experienced Concrete Batcher / Driver to join our team in a permanent role at Bedford Weir, Blackwater, QLD. The role demands accurate batching to specified mix designs and careful truck allocation to keep operations running smoothly.

You will supervise staff, coordinate equipment calibration, and uphold safety standards with strong leadership. Applicants must hold an HR licence, White Card, and pass drug/alcohol screening; full Australian work rights are

Qualifications

• Full working rights within Australia.
• HR driver's license and White card required.
• Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Experience supervising staff is advantageous.
• Experience operating agitator trucks is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix design
• Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations for our customers
• Coordinate repair and calibration of equipment
• Supervision and management of staff
• Commitment to safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.
• Maintaining plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver a high utilisation rate.
• Driving Agitator Trucks
