Job summary

026 Heidelberg Materials Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Agitator Driver to join the Bundaberg Concrete Plant. You will operate modern agitator trucks, benefit from safety features, route mapping, and load tracking while delivering high-quality concrete to customers.

The role offers an hourly rate of 32.61–37.90 AUD, overtime with time-and-a-half after 8 hours and double time after 10, plus a 10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters and 50+ hours per week with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence with previous driving experience (preferred but not essential).
• Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
• Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset.
• Pride in your ride - keeping your truck clean and presentable is important.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete to customers using agitator trucks.
• Operate modern, well-maintained trucks with safety technology, route mapping and load tracking.
• Maintain a clean, presentable truck and comply with safety protocols.
