Heidelberg Materials is seeking a casual Agitator Driver for our Bundaberg Concrete Plant. You will operate modern agitator trucks, deliver high-quality concrete, and work with cutting-edge safety tech. The role offers daily variety, a 10‑day training program, and potential for overtime.

Hourly rate ranges from $32.61 to $37.90 plus 25% casual loading, superannuation, and overtime. Expect 4–8 hours per day with Saturday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HR licence (preferred but not essential).
• Construction White Card required or able to obtain before start.
• Strong safety mindset and people skills.
• Pride in keeping the truck clean and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Operate agitator trucks to deliver concrete.
• Follow route maps and load tracking systems.
• Engage with customers and colleagues while ensuring safety.
