Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Bundaberg, QLD is seeking an Agitator Driver to join our concrete operations. You’ll operate modern trucks with safety tech, map routes, and track loads to deliver high-quality concrete to customers.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of 32.61–37.90 AUD, plus superannuation and overtime; expect 50+ hours weekly and a 10-day training program. HR licence preferred, White Card required, and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HR licence with driving experience (preferred but not essential).
• Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
• Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset.
• Pride in keeping the vehicle clean and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Operate modern agitator trucks to deliver concrete to customers.
• Follow route maps, load tracking, and safety protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any defects.
• Engage with customers and teammates to ensure on-time deliveries.
