Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an Agitator Driver to deliver concrete from our Bundaberg Plant. You will operate modern trucks with advanced safety tech, map routes, and track loads, ensuring high-quality service for customers.

Expect 50+ hours weekly with overtime and a 10-day training program for all new starters. Holders of a Heavy Rigid licence are preferred; a Construction White Card is required or achievable before start.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence with previous driving experience (preferred but not essential).
• Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
• Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality concrete to customers.
• Operate modern, well-maintained trucks with safety tech, route mapping, and load tracking.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report safety issues.
• Pass pre-employment medical—drug and alcohol testing.
