Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a casual Agitator Driver to join our Bundaberg Concrete Plant team. You’ll operate modern trucks with safety tech, complete load tracking, and map routes while delivering high‑quality concrete to customers.

The role offers an hourly rate of $32.61–$37.90 with 25% casual loading, superannuation, and overtime. Expect 4–8 hours daily, with weekend shifts as needed, and a 10‑day training program for new starters to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HR licence with driving experience preferred.
• Possess a Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
• Demonstrate safety‑first mindset and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality concrete to customers from Bundaberg plant.
• Operate modern trucks with safety tech and load tracking.
• Follow route maps, maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre‑start checks.
• Attend 10‑day training program for new starters.
