Job summary

Regional Group Australia is seeking an experienced Concrete Agitator Driver for the Deer Park, VIC area. The role focuses on the timely delivery of pre-mixed concrete, safe vehicle operation, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong OH&S practices, report to work as required, and comply with company safety standards. HR/HC licence and pre-employment checks are required as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• HR/HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment testing and police check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products to customer sites in a timely manner.
• Lead and maintain OH&S and environmental compliance when representing the company at delivery points.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and adhere to RGA's safety standards.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and influence positive outcomes.
• Perform daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep the agitator truck clean and well-maintained, both inside and out.
• Foster a productive team environment to meet customer expectations and business goals.
• Perform general yard and plant housekeeping tasks as required.
• Support other duties as needed, including basic maintenance tasks.

Job description

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is currently seeking an experienced Concrete Agitator Driver to join our dynamic, successful team based at Deer Park, VIC.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA's Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR / HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment testing and police check.
