Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers for the team based at Fyansford, VIC. The role focuses on delivering pre-mixed concrete, leading safety and environmental compliance, and maintaining vehicles to high standards.

You will build strong relationships with customers, contribute to a safe work environment, and support daily operations from the Geelong area. AHR/HC licence is required and pre-employment drug testing may be conducted.

Qualifications

• Valid HR/HC licence required.
• Experience driving concrete agitator trucks preferred.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products on schedule.
• Lead OH&S and environmental compliance when on site.
• Operate agitator trucks safely during loading and unloading.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance tasks.
• Support a productive team environment and customer satisfaction.
• Perform daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation.

Regional Group Australia (RGA) are currently seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our dynamic, successful team based at Fyansford, VIC.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA's Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR / HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
