Job summary

Regional Group Australia are seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our team at Fyansford, VIC. You will deliver pre-mixed concrete products on schedule and lead safety and environmental compliance for the company on the road and at sites.

The role requires HR/HC licence, hands-on truck experience, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Immediate start available with a supportive, growing ASX company.

Qualifications

• HR/HC licence mandatory
• Experience operating agitator trucks

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products on schedule.
• Model OH&S and environmental compliance while on the road.
• Demonstrate safety leadership on site.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Complete daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep the vehicle clean inside and out.
• Maintain a productive, high-morale team environment.
• Operate agitator trucks safely when loading and delivering.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and keep yard tidy.
• Handle other duties as required.

Regional Group Australia (RGA) are currently seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our dynamic, successful team based at Fyansford, VIC.

Responsibilities

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA's Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR / HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Multiple Roles available
