Job summary

Regional Group Australia (RGA) seeks experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers for our team based at Fyansford, VIC. You will deliver pre-mixed concrete, lead safety and environmental compliance, and maintain equipment to ensure client satisfaction.

Applicants should hold HR/HC licences, be ready for pre-employment drug testing, and contribute to a safe, productive work environment. Opportunities for development and growth are included.

Qualifications

• HR/HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products in a timely manner.
• Lead OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.
• Develop relationships with customers and lead a productive team environment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation.
• Perform general yard and plant housekeeping.

Regional Group Australia (RGA) are currently seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our dynamic, successful team based at Fyansford, VIC.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA's Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR / HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
