Job summary

Maas Group Pty Limited is seeking experienced casual Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our team at concrete plants across the South-East of Melbourne, VIC. Multiple roles available, with a focus on safe operations and customer service.

Role involves timely delivery of pre-mixed concrete, OH&S leadership, daily pre-start checks, and maintaining vehicle and yard standards. HR/HC licence required; pre-employment drug/alcohol testing may be required. Opportunities across Dalmore East, VIC area.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering pre-mixed concrete products.
• Must hold HR/HC licence.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products in a timely manner.
• Lead OH&S and environmental compliance when representing the company.
• Complete daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep the vehicle clean inside and out.
• Maintain productive team environment and customer satisfaction.
• Operate agitator trucks safely at loading and delivery sites.

Regional Group Australia is currently seeking experienced casual Concrete Agitator Drivers to join their team located in our concrete plants across the South-East of Melbourne, VIC. Multiple roles available.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to Dandy's Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR / HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
