Job summary

Regional Group Australia is seeking experienced casual Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our team across the South-East Melbourne sites. The role involves delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites and leading safety and environmental compliance in daily operations.

You will be responsible for safe operation of agitator trucks, completing pre-starts, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and contributing to a productive team environment with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have HR/HC licence as a minimum.
• Commitment to safety standards and safe operating practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites in a timely manner.
• Lead OH&S and Environmental compliance when at delivery points.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep vehicle interior and exterior clean.
• Foster a productive team environment with high morale.
• Operate agitator trucks safely during loading and delivery.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain general yard and plant housekeeping.

Job description

Regional Group Australia is currently seeking experienced casual Concrete Agitator Drivers to join their team located in our concrete plants across the South-East of Melbourne, VIC. Multiple roles available.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to Dandy's Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR / HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
