Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products in a timely manner.
• Lead OH&S and environmental compliance when representing the company.
• Demonstrate safety leadership as part of daily operations.
• Develop working relationships with customers and drive performance.
• Complete daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Foster a productive team environment to meet customer and business objectives.
• Operate agitator trucks safely when loading/delivering to sites.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain yard and plant housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Job description

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is currently seeking an experienced Concrete Agitator Driver to join our dynamic, successful team based at Deer Park, VIC.

Responsibilities

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH\&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA's Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• HR / HC licence required.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment testing and police check.
