W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay is hiring a Concierge Supervisor. You will lead the Concierge Team, ensuring a warm, personalized guest experience and guiding guests through their stay with the W hospitality standard.

You must have outstanding guest service skills, be able to supervise a team, hold an open driver’s license, and have experience with Opera property management system. Availability for AM and PM shifts will be required.
