W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia, is hiring Beverage & Food Attendants to join its Living Room Bar, WET Deck, The Lex and Banquets venues. The role delivers Whatever/Whenever service, engaging guests with menu knowledge and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

This part-time, non-management position offers exposure to premium hospitality environments and Marriott International training programs, with extensive guest-facing

Qualifications

• Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive.
• Ensuring the precision in processing orders and delivering beverage and food orders promptly.
• Maintaining and cleaning the area in a timely manner and resetting tables.
• Staying informed about menu offerings and assisting guests with menu choices.
• Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure coordinated service.

As a Beverage & Food Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering Whatever/Whenever service that lives up to what our guests expect for a W Hotel.
